You can create a branching movie in the style of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VNw9DAwp2Kk\">Black Mirror: Bandersnatch<\/a> starting from Twee files exported from the popular hypertext editor Twine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/molleindustria\/TweeVee\">TweeVee source on GitHub<\/a><\/p>\n<p>TweeVee was created for a <a href=\"http:\/\/likelike.org\/2020\/07\/29\/interactive-movie-night\/\">LIKELIKE livestream<\/a> showcasing four interactive movies, from the pioneering <em>Kinoautomat<\/em> to the wild YouTube game <em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Immoral Ms. Conduct<\/span><\/em>.<br \/>\nIt was a good excuse to restore the first (American) interactive movie I&#8217;m Your Man in all of its branching splendor, and make a new piece remixing very pixelated footage from an old CD-ROM.<\/p>\n<h3>I&#8217;m Your Man<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1808\" src=\"https:\/\/www.molleindustria.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vlcsnap-2020-08-07-15h25m03s348.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.molleindustria.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vlcsnap-2020-08-07-15h25m03s348.png 696w, https:\/\/www.molleindustria.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vlcsnap-2020-08-07-15h25m03s348-300x195.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"introLink\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/I%27m_Your_Man_(film)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">I&#8217;m Your Man<\/a> is a 1992 short film created to showcase Loews Theatres&#8217; interactive cinema technology. The centerpiece of the title was a short film with an all star cast directed by Steven Spielberg himself.<br \/>\nSince the player could take some crucial decisions in the pre-production phase, the film was shot with different plot points and tonal variants.<\/p>\n<p>We salvaged the game&#8217;s raw footage and reorganized it as a real time interactive movie experience.
